"AFTER EIGHT" PUDING / "AFTER EIGHT" PUDDING

ČOKOLADNI PUDING:
  • 1 šolja badema, namočenih u vodi
  • 1 šolja vode
  • 3 urme, namočene u vodi
  • 3 kašike kakaoa
  • agavin sirup, po ukusu
  • 1dl kakao putera
Sve sastojke samleti u blenderu osim kakao putera. Njega istopiti na vodenoj pari i dodati glatkoj smesi na kraju. Mleti još par sekundi.
CHOCOLATE PUDDING:
  • 1 cup soaked almonds
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 soaked dates
  • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
  • agave nectar, optionally
  • 1dl cacao butter
All ingredients except cacao butter, blend till smooth. Cacao butter melt in water bath, add to other ingredients and blend few more seconds.

  • 1 zucchini
SAUCE:
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 paprika
  • chili pepper (optional)
  • dehydrated paprika

TORTA OD LIMUNA I KAKIJA / LEMON-VANILLA PERSIMMON CAKE

TESTO:
  • 2 šolje badema
  • 1/4 kašičice vanile u prahu
  • prstohvat morske soli
  • 13 urmi, namočenih u vodi pola sata
  • 2-3 kašike vode
Samleti sve satojke u multipraktiku ili sokovniku sa nastavkom za mlevenje, dok se ne dobije testo. Testo rukom utapkati u model za tortu prečnika 21-22cm.
Na dno staviti papir za pečenje ili ukrasni papir za torte.
CRUST:
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 12 dates, soaked for half hour
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
Mix all ingredients in food processor into a dough. Press it with your hands to cake model with 21-22cm diameter.

FIL:
  • 4 šolje oljušćenih iseckanih jabuka
  • 1/2 šolje mlevenih lanenih semenki
  • 2 kašičice cimeta
  • 1/2 šolje limunovog soka
  • agavin sirup po želji
  • 1dl kokosovog ulja, istopljneg (na vodenoj pari)
CRUST:
  • 3 cups ground walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons walnut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • agave nectar (or other sweetener)
FILLING:
  • 4 cups apples, diced & pilled
  • 1/2 cup linen seeds, grounded
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • agave nectar
  • 1dl coconut oil, melted

  • 1 šolja lešnika
  • 1/2 šolje badema
  • 1/2 šolje brazilskih oraha
  • 2 kašičice orahovog putera
  • 2 kašike kakaoa
  • agavin sirup po ukusu (ili neki drugi zaslađivač: med, javorev sirup, stevija,...)
FIL:
  • 1 šolja indijskih oraha, natopljenih bar pola sata u vodi
  • 1 konzerva kokosovog mleka
  • 3-4 kašike kakaoa
  • 1/2 kašikice vanile u prahu
  • 1 banana (opciono)
  • prstohvat morske soli
  • 1/2dl istopljenog kakao putera na vodeni pari (da se ne zagreje previše)

CRUST:
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 1/2 cup of brazilian nuts
  • 2 teaspoons walnut butter
  • 2 spoons cacao powder
  • agave nectar (or other sweeteners: honey, maple syrup...)
FILLING:
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked in water
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3-4 spoons cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2dl cacao butter, melted
