TORTA OD BOROVNICA / BLUEBERRY CAKE

TESTO:
  • 1 šolja kokosovog brašna
  • 1 šolja maka, mlevenog
  • 1 šolja oraha, mlevenih
  • agavin sirup po ukusu
FIL:
  • 4 šolje borovnica
  • 2 banane
  • 1/2 šolje kokosovog brašna
  • 1/2 kašičice vanile u prahu
  • agavin sirup po ukusu
  • 1dl kokosovog ulja, istopljenog

CRUST:
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup ground poppy
  • 1 cup ground walnuts
  • agave nectar 
FILLING:
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • agave nectar
  • 1dl coconut oil, melted
Sastojke za testo promešati i dodati agavin sirup ili neki drugi zaslađivač (med, javorov sirup, samlevene urme...) po ukusu. Smesu utapkajte na dno modela za tortu prečnika 22-24cm i sa strane do visine 3-4cm.
Sastojke za fil sipajte u blender, osim kokosovog ulja. Njega dodati na kraju.  Ujednačenu smesu sipati u model na testo i posuti kokosovim brašnom da fil ne bi oksidirao.
Da bi se fil stegao, torta mora da stoji par sati u frižideru pre serviranja.

Mix all crust ingredients together and fill cake model (22-24cm). Use your hand to press it down and on sides (3-4cm of height).
Blueberries, bananas, coconut, vanilla and agave nectar put into blender. Blend till smooth. Add melted coconut oil and bland for few seconds more. Fill the model and decorate with coconuts on top.
Put into fridge before serving.
