HLEB-KREKERI / BREAD-CRACKERS


SASTOJCI:
  • 1 šolja proklijalih suncokretovih semenki
  • 1 šolja pulpe od šargarepe
  • 1 šolja punozrnatih pšeničnih pahuljica
  • 1/2 šolje lanenih semenki (natopljenih u dvojnoj količini vode)
  • 1 kašičica morske soli
  • 1-2 kašike hladno cedjenog ulja (maslinovo, laneno, konopljino,...)
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup carrot pulp
  • 1 cup whole wheat flakes
  • 1/2 cup flex seeds (soaked in twice as much water)
  • 1 teaspoon see salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons cold pressed oil (olive, flex, hemp,...)



Klijanje suncokretovih semenki:
Oljušćene semenke se prvo 8 sati namakaju u vodi. Treba ih dobro isprati i odstraniti opne koje će plivati. U cediljki pustiti vlažne semenke 24-36h. U međuvremenu, par puta isprati vodom. Klice ne trebaju da budu veće od 5mm. Važno je znati da se od jedne mere semenki dobije mera i po proklijalih semenki.

Pulpa od šargarepe:
Iscediti sok šargarepa i upotrebiti suvi deo. Za jednu šolju su potrebne 3 šargarepe srednje veličine.
Soku od šargarepe je odlično dodati sok od pomorandži i malo đumbira. Garantovano pobeđuje prehlade.

Za presni hleb-krekere treba sve sastojke samleti i dodati ulje po želji. Sve dobro izmešati i razmazati na papir za pečenje. Sušiti u sušaču ili rerni na max 45C. Sušiti 4-5 sati na jednoj strani, okrenuti, oljuštiti papir, iseći na željene oblike i sušiti još par sati.
Ukus je vrlo neutralan i pogodan za mazanje presnim sirom ili nekim drugim namazom.

Sprouting sunflower seeds:
Soak seeds for 8 hours. Rinse them well and leave for 24-36 hours. During that time, rinse them several times. Sprouts should be 5mm long. From one cup of seeds, you will get 1,5 cup of sprouts.

Carrot pulp:
Juice carrots and use dry part. For one cup of pulp, 3 medium sized carrots are needed.
Add juice of oranges and ginger to carrot juice.

For bread-crackers, grind all ingredients and add oil as you wish. Stir it well to a pâté. Spread pâté on baking paper and dehydrate for 5-6 hours (in oven or dehydrator not over 45C). Cut it in desired shapes by knife or cookie models and continue dehydrating until they are dry. Store dehydrated crackers in a sealed container at room temperature.
Taste is neutral and very convenient for eating with cheese and other spreads.
