PRELINE OD PISTAĆIJA / PISTACHIO PRALINES

SASTOJCI:
  • 1 šolja pistaćija (~125g)
  • 1 kašika meda
  • ~ 40 urmi bez koštica
Pistaćije samleti, dodati med i dobro izmešati dok se smesa ne ujednači. Nafilovati urme smesom. Pustiti ih pola sata u frižideru.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup pistachios (~125g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ~ 40 dates pitted
Grind pistachios into flower. Add honey and mix it well together. Use hands to stuff dates with the mixture. Leave them in fridge for 1/2h.

PRELIV:
  • 1/2 šolje istopljenog kakao putera (~ 50g, neistoljenog)
  • 1 kašičica kokosovog ulja
  • 4 kašike kakao praha
  • 2-3 kašike agavinog sirupa
  • 1 kašika praha korena mace (opciono)
Istopiti kakao puter i kokosovo ulje na vodenoj pari. Dodati ostale sastojke i dobro izmešati. Filovane urme pomoću čačkalice umakati u preliv i ostaviti da se ohlade. Preline čuvati u frižideru.

FROSTING:
  • 1/2 cup melted cacao butter (~ 50g cacao butter)
  • 1 teaspoon coco butter
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon maca root powder (optional)
Melt cacao and coco butter in water bath. Add all other ingredients and stir well to incorporate. Use toothpick to dip stuffed dates into frosting. Keep pralines in fridge.
