BOŽIĆNI MINJONI / CHRISTMAS CUPCAKES

kiwi, almonds, raw, presno, kici, bademi

ZELENI PRELIV:
  • 3 kivija
  • 1 kašika agavinog sirupa
  • 3 ravne kašike ljuspica indijske bokvice (psyllium)
Sve sastojke samleti u blenderu do glatke strukture. Sipate u šlag kesu sa nastavkom po želji. Ostavite da odstoji 1h u frižideru i zatim nafilujete kolačiće.


GREEN FROSTING:
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 spoon agava nectar
  • 3 flat spoons psyllium
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender till smooth. Put it in decorating bag and refrigerate for 1h and fill the cupcakes.

OSNOVA:

Osnovu sam napravila od ostataka. Pravila sem Limun-Kaki tortu i namerno napravila malo više osnove i limunovog fila. Osnovu sam stavila u modele, na nju sam natisnula limunov fil, stavila po jedan pistaći, pokrila sa još malo fila i na kraju pokrila sa zelenim kivijevim prelivom pomoću šlag kese za ukrašavanje.

BASE:

I made base from leftovers. I was making Lemon-Vanilla Persimmon Cake. intentionaly I made more crust and lemon filling, so I could make these. After modeling base from crust and filling (like in picture), I placed one pistachio, put some more lemon filling and on top add green frosting using decoration bag.
