KREKERI SA RUZMARINOM / CRACKERS WITH ROSEMARY

raw crackers, presni krekeri, ruzmarin, rosemary, lan, flex seeds, walnuts, orasi


SASTOJCI:
  • 2 šolje oraha
  • 1 šolja suncokretovih semenki
  • 1,5 šolja lanenih semenki
  • 1 kašičica u vrh morske soli
  • 2 kašičice u vrh ruzmarina u prahu
  • 1 srednja tikvica (oko 2 šolje iseckane tikvice)
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups walnuts
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1,5 cups flex seeds
  • 1 teaspoon see salt
  • 2 teaspoons rosemary powder
  • 1 zucchini (around 2 cups zucchini cubes)

  • 2 cups coconut, shredded
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom (optional)
  • shredded coconut for coating

  • 1dl kokosovog ulja
  • sok od pola limuna
  • 1 kašika chia semenki
CRUST:
  • 1 cup poppy
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup raisins, soaked
FILLING:
  • 2 mangoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1dl coconut oil
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia
