Od zeleniša izaberati ono što se može naći u prodavnici ili na pijaci (španać, rukola, peršun, lišće celera, lišće cvekle, kopriva,...). Druga mogućnost je zamrznuti zeleniš koji ste sami zamrzli tokom leta, kad je svega bilo u izobilju. Sve sastojke samleti u blenderu dok se ne postigne glatka struktura. Sastojci su dovoljni za 1l napitka. Probajte :) |
Use any greens that could be found in winter in markets (spinach, rucola, parsley, celery greens, beet greens, ...). Other possibility is frozen greens which you've frozen during summer when greens were more available. Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth. Ingredients are for 1l smoothie. Taste it :) |
