LANENI KREKERI / CRACKERS WITH FLEX SEEDS




SASTOJCI:
  • 2 šolje sojinih pahuljica
  • 1 šolja naribane šargarepe
  • 4 kašike lanenih semenki
  • morska so
  • 1 manji crni luk
  • 1/2 šolje vode
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups soy flakes
  • 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 4 tablespoons flex seeds
  • sea salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cup water


Prvo samleti sojine pahuljice. Dodati im naribanu šargarepu, iseckan crni luk, lanene semenke i so po želji. Izmešati kašikom i sve zajedno još jednom samleti. Gnječiti smesu rukom uz postepeno dodavanje vode dok se ne dobije testo.
Na masnom papiru ga razvući što tanje. Najlakši način da se to uradi je: na testo staviti još jedan mastan papir (papir za pečenje) i pomoću valjka razvaljati testo. Skinuti gornji papir i nožem za pice narezati željene oblike. Krekere sušiti oko 10h u sušaču ili u rerni na maksimalno 45C.
Suve krekere čuvati na sobnoj temperaturi u zatvorenoj kutiji.

First, grind soy flakes. Add chopped carrot, onion, flex seeds and salt. Whisk them together and grind one more time. Use hand to make dough while adding water, one tablespoon at the time.
Spread dough on baking paper. Cut it in desired shapes, or break into random pieces after dehydration.
Dry your crackers for about 10 hours in a dehydrator or in oven not over 45C.
Store dehydrated crackers in a sealed container at room temperature.
