ČOKOLADNI DUGMIĆI / CHOCOLATE BUTTONS

SASTOJCI:
  • 100g kakao putera
  • 4 kašike kakao praha
  • 2-3 kašike agavinog sirupa
  • 1/2 šolje lešnika
  • 1/2 kašičice vanile
  • prstohvat morske soli
  • 1 kašičica bademovog putera (opciono)
INGREDIENTS:
  • 100g cacao butter
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2-3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter (optional)

Kakao puter istopiti na vodenoj pari na maloj temeraturi. Za to vreme istucati lešnike u avanu ili nekom secku (da ne budu skroz sitni). Sve sastojke staviti u jednu posudu i dobro izmešati.
Smesom napunite silikonske ili papirne modele i staviti ih u zamrzivač dok se ne stegnu. Kasnije se mogu čuvati u frižideru.
Navedene mere su za 24 preline.

Melt cacao butter on water bath. While waiting, grind hazelnuts. Mix all ingredients till smooth.
Fill the paper or silicon models and cool it in freezer till they become stiff. Afterwards, keep them in fridge.
With listed ingredients you will get 24 pralines.
