ZELENI NAPITAK / GREEN SMOOTHIE

SASTOJCI:
  • 2 banane
  • 2 pomorandže 
  • 4 kivija
  • spanać
  • 1 čaša vode
  • 1 kašičica u vrh cimeta (opciono)
  • 1 kašičica u vrh pčelinjeg polena (opciono)
INGREDIENTS: 
  • 2 bananas 
  • 2 oranges 
  • 4 kiwis
  • spinach
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen (optional)

PRESNE PALAČINKE / RAW CREPES

raw, presno, palačinke, creps, raspberry, bananas, apples, oranges, nuts free



TESTO ZA PALAČINKE I:
  • 4 banane
  • 2/3 šolje lanenih semenki
  • 1 šolja vode
TESTO ZA PALAČINKE II:
  • 4 jabuke (oljušćene)
  • 2/3 šolje laneneih semenki
  • sok 1 limuna
  • 1/2 šolje vode
Staviti sve sastojke u blender velike brzine i samleti do glatke strukture. Namazati na mastan papir i sušiti 4h na jednoj strani. Okrenuti, oljuštiti papir i sušiti dok se potpuno ne osuši. Od jedne mere se dobiju dve šnite kao na slici, koje se seku u 4 veće ili 6 manjih palačinki.
CREPES I:
  • 4 bananas
  • 2/3 cup flex seeds
  • 1 cup water 
CREPES II:
  • 4 apples (peeled)
  • 2/3 cup flex seeds
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup water
Put all ingredients in high speed blender and blend till smooth. Spread mixture on teflex and dehydrate it for 4 hours. Flip it over and dehydrate till dry. Measures are for two sheets (like in picture). Cut it into 4 big crepes or 6 smaller ones.

VOĆNE KOCKE / FRUITY CUBES

SASTOJCI:
  • 1 šolja suvih kajsija
  • 1 šolja urmi
  • 1/2 šolje suvih smokvi
  • 1 1/2 šolje badema
  • 1/2 šolje kokosovog brašna
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup dehydrated apricots
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup dehydrated figs
  • 1 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

ČOKOLADNO-VOĆNA TORTA / CHOCOLATE FRUITY CAKE

raw, presno, cake, torta, chocolate, čokolada, borovnice, blueberries


TESTO:
  • 3 šolje lešnika
  • 1 šolja urmi bez koštica
  • 1/4 kašičice vanile
  • prstohvat morske soli
Samleti sve satojke u multipraktiku ili sokovniku sa nastavkom za mlevenje, dok se ne dobije testo. Testo rukom rasporediti i utapkati u posudu željenog oblika, koja je prethodno obložena providnom folijom. Deo testa sačuvati i na kraju pokriti čokoladni fil.
CRUST:
  • 3 cups hazelnuts
  • 1 šolja dates, pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch sea salt
    Mix all ingredients in food processor into a smooth dough. Line a bowl of your choice with plastic wrap and press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides. Part of dough save for later to cover chocolate filling.
