ČOKOLADNO-VOĆNA TORTA / CHOCOLATE FRUITY CAKE

TESTO:
  • 3 šolje lešnika
  • 1 šolja urmi bez koštica
  • 1/4 kašičice vanile
  • prstohvat morske soli
Samleti sve satojke u multipraktiku ili sokovniku sa nastavkom za mlevenje, dok se ne dobije testo. Testo rukom rasporediti i utapkati u posudu željenog oblika, koja je prethodno obložena providnom folijom. Deo testa sačuvati i na kraju pokriti čokoladni fil.
CRUST:
  • 3 cups hazelnuts
  • 1 šolja dates, pitted
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch sea salt
    Mix all ingredients in food processor into a smooth dough. Line a bowl of your choice with plastic wrap and press the dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides. Part of dough save for later to cover chocolate filling.

    VOĆNI FIL:
    • 2 šolje indijskih oraha
    • 1 šolja vode
    • 1 šolja borovnica
    • agavin sirup po želji
    • prstohvat morske soli
    • 1dl kokosovog ulja
    Sameleti indijske orahe u čistom električnom mlinu za kafu ili sokovniku sa nastavkom za mlevenje. U blender staviti brašno indijskih oraha, vodu, borovnice (ili neko drugo voće: jagode, ribizle, maline), agavin sirup, morsku so i mleti do glatke strukture. Na kraju dodati otopljeno kokosovo ulje i mleti još malo.
    Preliti fil preko testa do polovine visine i staviti u frižider.
    FRUITY FILLING:
    • 2 cups cashews
    • 1 cup water
    • 1 cup blueberries
    • agave nectar, optionally
    • pinch sea salt
    • 1dl coconut oil
    Grind cashews in a coffee grinder or food processor into fine flour. Put cashew flower into high speed blender. Add water, blueberries (or some other fruits: strawberries, raspberries), agave nectar and sea salt and blend until smooth. Than add coconut oil and bland to incorporate. 
    Pour the filling over the crust till half of its height and leave in the fridge.

    ČOKOLADNI FIL:
    • 2 banane
    • 1/2 šolje indijskih oraha
    • 2 kašike bademovog sirovog putera
    • 1/2 čaše vode
    • prstohvat morske soli
    • 3 kašike kakao praha
    • 1dl kakao putera
    U blenderu samleti sve sastojke osim kakao putera do glatke strukture. Dodati na vodenoj pari istopljen kakao puter i mleti još par trenutaka. Preliti preko fila od borovnica. Ostatak testa raporediti odozgo i staviti u frižider da se ohladi i stegne.
    Prevrnuti na tanjir za serviranje, posuti sa kakaom.

    CHOCOLATE FILLING:
    • 2 bananas
    • 1/2 cup cashews
    • 2 tablespoons raw almond butter
    • 1/2 cup water
    • pinch sea salt
    • 3 tablespoons cacao powder
    • 1dl cacao butter
    Blend all ingredients except cacao butter in high speed blender till smooth. Than and melted cacao butter and bland to incorporate. Pour it over blueberry filling. Cover with rest of crust and refrigerate for couple of hours before serving.
    Invert the cake onto plate and remove bowl and plastic wrap. Dust with cacao powder.
