PITA OD BROKOLIJA / BROCCOLI PIE



TESTO:
  • 1 šolja badema
  • 1 šolja bundevinih semenki
  • 1 kašika soja sosa
  • 2 kašike lanenih semenki
  • voda, po potrebi
Bademe i bundevine semenke namakati u vodi 8h ili preko noći. Osušiti ih na suncu ili u sušaču. Samleti bademe, bundevina lanena semena, dodati soja sos i vodu po potrebi i sve dobro izmešati. Rukom rasporediti testo u posudu za posluživanje i dobro utapkati. Pre dodavanja fila, testo možete malo sušiti u sušaču ili rerni da se stvori korica.
DOUGH:
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flex seeds
  • water, if needed
Soak almonds and pumpkin seeds over night in water (or 8h). Dry them on sun or in food dryer. Grind almonds, pumpkin seeds and flex seeds. Add soy sauce and water if needed. Toss it all well and use hands to spread it into serving bowl. You could dry it (in food dryer or oven, not over 45C) for a while before adding the filling.


FIL:
  • 4 šolja narezanog brokolija
  • 1 avokado
  • 1 manji crni luk
  • sok od 1 limuna
  • 1 kašičica morske soli
  • 2 kašike tahinija
  • voda, po potrebi da se lakše samelje
  • 2 kašike chia semenki
  • suve pečurke, opciono
Sve sastojke samleti u blenderu do glatke strukture. Preliti preko testa i ostaviti da se hladi u frizideru bar 1h pre serviranja. Pita u frižideru može da stoji do 5 dana.

FILLING:
  • 4 cups choped broccoli
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 smaller onion
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • water, to help blending
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • dehidrated mushrooms, optional
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender till smooth. Pour filling over dough and refrigerate for 1h before serving. Pie can last up to 5 days in fridge.
