PRESNI SIR & NAMAZ OD AVOKADA / RAW CHEESE & AVOCADO DIP

cheese, avocado, sprouts, raw, presno, sir, avocado, klice

SIR OD SEMENKI:
  • 2 šolje proklijalih suncokretovih semenki
  • 1 šolja rejuvelac-a
  • 1 šolja alfalfa klica
  • 1 kašičica morske soli
  • kurkuma (opciono)
Sve sastojke staviti u blender velike brzine i samleti do glatke strukture. Po potrebi dodati još rejuvelac-a. Smesu staviti u krpu ili gazu, zavezati i obesiti negde da se iscedi višak tečnosti. Sir cediti dok se ne postigne željena gustina. Čuvati ga u staklenoj zatvorenoj posudi u frižideru.
SEED CHEESE:
  • 2 cups sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup rejuvelac
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • curcuma (optional)
Blend all ingredients in high speed blender till smooth. If needed add more rejuvelac. Put paste into cloth and squeeze liquid from it. Hang it for some time to drain. Keep cheese in sealed glase container in fridge.

HLEB-KREKERI / BREAD-CRACKERS


SASTOJCI:
  • 1 šolja proklijalih suncokretovih semenki
  • 1 šolja pulpe od šargarepe
  • 1 šolja punozrnatih pšeničnih pahuljica
  • 1/2 šolje lanenih semenki (natopljenih u dvojnoj količini vode)
  • 1 kašičica morske soli
  • 1-2 kašike hladno cedjenog ulja (maslinovo, laneno, konopljino,...)
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup carrot pulp
  • 1 cup whole wheat flakes
  • 1/2 cup flex seeds (soaked in twice as much water)
  • 1 teaspoon see salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons cold pressed oil (olive, flex, hemp,...)

PRELINE OD PISTAĆIJA / PISTACHIO PRALINES

raw, dessert, dates, pistachios, chocolate

SASTOJCI:
  • 1 šolja pistaćija (~125g)
  • 1 kašika meda
  • ~ 40 urmi bez koštica
Pistaćije samleti, dodati med i dobro izmešati dok se smesa ne ujednači. Nafilovati urme smesom. Pustiti ih pola sata u frižideru.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup pistachios (~125g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ~ 40 dates pitted
Grind pistachios into flower. Add honey and mix it well together. Use hands to stuff dates with the mixture. Leave them in fridge for 1/2h.
