HELJDINA KAŠA / BUCKWHEAT PORRIDGE

heljda, banana, jabuka, brazilski orasi, buckweat, apple, brazilian nuts, cimet, cinnamon
heljda, kaša, buckweat, porridge
SASTOJCI (za 2 osobe):
  • 100g oljušćene heljde, namočene u vodi preko noći
  • 1 banana
  • 1 jabuka
  • 1/2 šolje brazilskih oraha
  • cimet
INGREDIENTS (for 2 persons):
  • 100g buckwheat, soaked overnight
  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup brazilian nuts
  • cinnamon

Namočenu heljdu dobro isprati i ocediti. Samleti je zajedno sa ostalim sastojcima, promešati i posuti cimetom. Po želji dodatno zasladiti medom ili namočenim suvim groždjem.

Jabuku možete zameniti drugim voćem, kao sto je kivi, kruška, breskva ili kajsija. Brazilske orahe takođe možete zameniti bademima, lešnicima, orasima ili indijskim orasima. Kombinacije su mnogobrojne.

Namočena heljda je vrlo mekana te mlevenje nije neophodno. Možete samo dodati iseckano voće i odličan doručak je spreman.

Soaked buckwheat grind with other ingredients, mix and add cinnamon on top. Optionally you could add honey or soaked raisins.

You can use other fruits like kiwi, pear, peach or apricot. Also, all other kind of nuts are welcome. There is lot of combinations. 

Soaked buckwheat is very soft, so you don't have to grind it. Just add diced fruits and great breakfast is served.
