KAKI "TWISTER" KREMA / PERSIMMON TWISTER CREAM

KREMA:
  • 4 kakija (persimon, japanska jabuka)
  • sok od 2 limuna
TESTO:
  • 1 šolja badema
  • 1/2 šolje suvog grožđa
  • 1/2 kašičice vanile
CREAM:
  • 4 persimmons
  • 2 lemons juice
CRUST:
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

Bademe i suvo grožđe samleti i dodati vanilu u prahu. Dobro promešati.

Kaki i sok od limuna samleti u glatku kremu pomoću blendera. Po ukusu dodati neki prirodan zaslađivač (urme, suvo grožđe, agavin sirup, med...)

U lepe čaše posipati neizmenično testo i kremu. Početi i završiti sa bademima.

Pre serviranja, pustiti u frižideru bar pola sata.

Količine su dovoljne za 4 čaše.

Grind almonds and raisins and add vanilla powder. Stir it well.

Blend persimmon with lemon juice til smooth. Optionally add some sweetener (dates, resins, agave nectar, honey,...)

Pour into nice glaces. Start and end with crust.

Cool it before serving.

Ingredients are for 4 servings.
