ČORBA OD BUNDEVICA / PUMPKIN SOUP

SASTOJCI (za dve osobe):
  • 2 male bundeve (kao na slici)
  • 2 kašike namočenih semenki suncokreta
  • 1/2 kruške ili sušene kruške (namočene u vodi)
  • sušena paprika (namočena u vodi)
  • sušeni paradajz (namočen u vodi)
  • 1 kašičica karija
  • 1 čen belog luka
  • maslinovo ulje
  • morska so
  • biber
  • voda
INGREDIENTS (for two):
  • 2 small pumpkins (like in picture)
  • 2 tablespoon sunflower seeds, soaked
  • 1/2 pear or dehydrated pear (soaked)
  • dehydrated paprika (soaked)
  • dehydrated tomato (soaked)
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 garlic clove
  • olive oil
  • see salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • water

Odseći gorni deo tikvica. Izdubiti unutrašnjost, tako da se mogu upotrebiti kao posude za serviranje čorbe. Odstraniti semenke. Meso tikvica samleti u blenderu zajedno sa ostalim sastojcima. Vodu dodavati postepeno dok ne postignete željenu gustoću.

Cut of top of pumpkins. Pull out inside meat and use them for serving your soup. Blend pumpkin meat (without seeds) with all other ingredients. Add water slowly till smooth structure.
