PROLEĆNE ROLNICE / SPRING ROLLS

prolećne rolnice, spring rolls, presno raw

SASTOJCI:
  • rižev papir
  • avokado
  • paprika
  • šargarepa
  • tikvica
  • pašteta od oraha i budevinih semenki
SASTOJCI ZA PAŠTETU:
  • 1 šolja oraha
  • 1 šolja bundevinih semenki
  • 1/2 male tikvice
  • 1 luk
  • 1 manja šargarepa
  • limunov sok, po ukusu
  • začini po ukusu
INGREDIENTS:
  • rice paper
  • avocado
  • paprika
  • carrot
  • zucchini
  • walnuts and pumpkin seeds pate
PÂTÉ INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 small zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • lemon juice
  • spices
Paštetu napraviti ranije. Orahe i bundevina semena namakati u vodi 6h. Sve sastojke samleti, na mašini za mlevenje ili u multipraktiku. Ako koristite mašinu za mlevenje, pustite smesu kroz nju još jednom. Ovakva pašteta može da stoji u zatvorenoj posudi u frižideru do 5 dana.

Prolećne rolnice:
Rižev papir potopiti u vodu oko 20s da omekša (ne previše da se ne bi iscepao). Namazati paštetu na sredini, poredjati sastojke narezane na trake i zaviti papir u rolnicu. Napravite onoliko rolnica koliko želite pojesti. Mogu da stoje u frižideru do dva dana.

Probajte :)
Make pâté earlier. Walnuts and pumpkin seeds soak for 6h. Put nuts and seeds with other ingredients into food processor. Blend until combined. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Spring rolls:
Soak rice paper into water for about 20s. Spread pâté over the middle, arrange other ingredients sliced into stripes. Wrap it like in picture. Make as much spring rolls as you wish to eat. You can refrigerate them for up to 2 days.
