PUDING OD KAKIJA I POMORANDŽE / PERSIMMON ORANGE PUDDING

SASTOJCI:
  • 1 pomorandža, oljušćena
  • 1 zreo kaki (japanska jabuka), bez koštica
  • 1 kašika cimeta
  • 4 kašike chia semenki
PRELIV:
  • 1 šolja indijskih oraha
  • 3 kašike limunovog soka
  • 1 kašika agavinog sirupa
  • prstohvat morske soli
  • 1/4 šolje vode
  • 1/2dl kokosovog ulja, otopljenog na vodenoj pari
INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 orange
  • 1 ripe persimmon
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
FROSTING:
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 3 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2dl coconut oil, melted in water bath

Pomorandžu, kaki i cimet samleti u blenderu u glatku smesu. Dodati chia semenke i promešati kašikom. Saliti u modele i pustiti preko noći u frižideru da se puding stegne.
Mera je dovoljan za dva modela.
Preliv je isti kao limunov fil u Torti od limuna i kakija, samo što su količine prepolovljene.
Ako je kaki dovoljno zreo, puding će biti vrlo sladak pa će preliv od limuna odlično ići uz njega.

Blend orange, persimmon and cinnamon till smooth. Add chia seeds and stir it with spoon. Pour the mixture into models and leave them into fridge over night.
Ingredients are for 2 models.
Frosting is the same as lemon filling of Lemon-Persimmon Cake with reduced amounts.
If the persimmon is ripe enough, pudding will be sweet and will combine perfectly with lemon frosting.
