KEKS SA BADEMIMA I POMORANDŽOM / ALMOND ORANGE COOKIES

SASTOJCI:
  • 2 šolje badema
  • 1 šolja urmi bez koštica
  • sok od 2 pomorandže
  • 4 kašike chia semenki
  • 1 kašičica cimeta
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • juice from 2 oranges
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Urme natopiti u vodi pola sata. U sok od pomoradže staviti chia semenke i pustiti da odstoji 10 minuta dok se ne dobije žele.
Samleti bademe i oceđene urme (u multipraktiku ili sokovniku sa nastavkom za mlevenje), dodati  chia žele i sve dobro izgnječiti rukom. Dobijenu smesu (meko testo), razmazati na mastan papir i sušiti u sušaču ili rerni na maksimalno 45C. Posle 6 do 8 sati izrezati kekse, i nastaviti sa sušenjem dok se potpuno ne osuše. Za rezanje koristiti modele za piškote ili nož za picu.
Keks čuvati na sobnoj temperaturi u zatvorenoj posudi.

    Soak dates for half an hour in water. Put chia seeds into orange juice and leave it for 10 minutes until it become a gel.
    Grind almonds and dates (in food processor or juicer with end for grinding), add chia gel and stir it to a lose dough.
    Spread dough on baking paper and dry it in oven or dehydrator not over 45C. First dry it 6-8 hours, cut cookies and continue dehydrating them till they are completely dry.
    For cutting cookies use cookie cutters. Store dehydrated cookies in a sealed container at room temperature.
