Sameleti indijske orahe u čistom električnom mlinu za kafu ili sokovniku sa nastavkom za mlevenje. U blender staviti brašno indijskih oraha, vodu, morsku so, vanilu, agavin sirup i mleti do glatke strukture. Dodati kakao puter (otopljen na vodenoj pari) i mleti dok se krema ne ujednači. Pola kreme saliti u lepe čaše do polovine.
U drugi deo kreme dodati kakao prah i dobro promešati. Dopuniti čaše i ostaviti par sati u frižideru pre serviranja.

Grind cashews in a coffee grinder or food processor into fine flour. Add water, agave nectar, vanilla and sea salt and mix until smooth. Than add coconut butter (melted in water bath) and bland few more seconds.
Pour half of the filling into nice glasses till half.
Add cacao powder to the other half and mix well. Pour it over wight cream and leave into fridge for few hours before serving.
