Suncokretova i lanena semena treba preko noći potopiti u vodi. Lanena semena se namakaju u duplo većoj količini vode u odnosu na količinu semenki. Posle namakanja, semenke dobro isprati.
Prvo samleti bademe (jer su suvi), a zatim sve ostale sastojke: suncokretove i lanene semenke, beli i crni luk. Dodati so po ukusu i laneno ili maslinovo hladno cedjeno ulje. Sve dobro izgnječiti rukom ili kašikom. Dobijena smesa je slična pašteti. Ista smesa se koristi za haburgere i za krekere.
Hamburgere željene veličine oblikovati rukom i sušiti 5-6 sati (u rerni ili sušaču na max 45C). Jednom ih okrenuti. Čivati ih u zatvorenoj kutiji u frižideru. Za krekere, smesu treba razmazati na masni papir za pečenje. Sušiti 5-6 sati, zatim izrezati na željene oblike i nastaviti sa sušenjem dok se potpuno ne osuše. Suve krekere čuvajte na sobnoj temperaturi u zatvorenoj kutiji. Probajte :) |
Soak sunflower and flex seeds in water over night. Flax seeds must be soaked in twice as much water.
Grind almonds first (as they are dry), then sunflower seeds, flex seeds, onion and garlic. Add sea salt and flax seed oil or olive oil (virgin). Stir it well till you get pâté. With same mixture you can make burgers or crackers.
Make burgers using your hands to shape them. Dehydrate them for 5-6 hours (in oven or dehydrator not over 45C). Turn them once. Store your burgers in sealed container in the fridge. Before serving you can heat them in oven but not over 45C.
For crackers, spread pâté on baking paper and dehydrate for 5-6 hours (in oven or dehydrator not over 45C). Cut it in desired shapes by knife or cookie models and continue dehydrating until they are dry. Store dehydrated crackers in a sealed container at room temperature.
