PAŠTETA OD ŠARGAREPE / CARROT PÂTÉ

SASTOJCI:
  • 2 šolje badema
  • 2/3 šolje lanenih semenki
  • 3 šargarepe
  • 1 crni luk
  • 3 čena belog luka
  • 2 kašike suvih pečuraka
  • morska so
  • 1 kašičica kurkume ili karija
  • paprike
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 2/3 cups flex seeds
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons dried mushrooms
  • see salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • paprikas

Lanena semena preko noći potopiti u duplo većoj količini vode. Posle namakanja, semenke dobro isprati. Šargarepe pustiti kroz sokovnik i iskoristiti suvi deo. Dobijeni sok popiti :) (za bolji ukus i više vitamina, iscediti jednu pomorandžu i jabuku). Samleti bademe, lanene semenke, suve pečurke, beli i crni luk. Dodati so po ukusu, šargarepu i kurkumu (ili kari) i dobro promešati. Smesu još jednom pustiti kroz pužasti sokovnik sa nastavkom za mlevenje. Može se koristiti i multipraktik. Paštetom puniti paprike, prerezane uzdužno na polovine. Pre serviranja se mogu sušiti 2 sata na max 45C. Paštetu čuvati u zatvorenoj kutiji u frižideru.

Soak flex seeds in twice as much water over night.
Juice carrots and use dry part. Drink carrot juice :) (for better taste and more vitamins add juiced apple and orange).
Grind almonds, flex seeds, dried mushrooms, onion and garlic. Add sea salt, curry and dry part of carrots. Stir it well till you get pâté. For better texture grind them again in slow juicer or food processor.
Fill paprikas with pâté like in picture.
Before serving, you can heat them in oven or dehydrator but not over 45C for 2 hours. Store pâté in a sealed container in fridge.
